Ingredients:

- 400g Casa Barelli bronze pasta tagliatelle ( or pasta of your choice )
- 1 tablespoon The Olive Tree olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1 brown onion, finely chopped
- 200g Berg salami, sliced
- 450g Leggo's Parmigiana simmer sauce
- 100g Casa Barelli grilled artichokes hearts, drained
- 250g Casa Barelli fire roasted pepper strips, drained
- 1/2 cup finely grated parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup fresh basil leaves
- Freshly ground black pepperMethod:

- Bring a large saucepan of salted water to the boil. Following packet instructions, cook tagliatelle until al dente (or still firm to bite). Drain.
- Meanwhile, in another pan, heat oil over medium-high heat. Add onion, garlic and salami. Cook for 2 to 3 minutes or until softened, then add pasta sauce, peppers and artichokes. Bring to boil, reduce heat immediately and simmer for 3-5 minutes.
- Add sauce to pasta and gently combine. Garnish with basil, cheese and black pepper.
