General Terms
Existing ALDImobile customers or new customers once SIM card had been activated can access the $249 Super Pack by recharging online using a credit card or Pay As You Go credit before 11:59PM on 11 October 2019. If you have an existing Value Pack, Data Pack or Family Pack at the time you recharge you will override the existing pack and all credit and data will be forfeited. Any unused data on your existing pack will not rollover to the $249 Super Pack. Pay As You Go credit can be added to enable access to other ALDImobile services (such as international calls) not included in the pack. Refunds will not be issued for partial use or if you cancel or transfer your service to another provider unless subject to Consumer Guarantees. The mobile product of ALDImobile provides a 4G coverage footprint of 96.5% and a combined 4G and 3G coverage footprint of 98.8% of the Australian population covering 1.62 million square kilometres. 3G handsets will only receive 3G coverage.
