Ingredients:
- 1 cup Goldenvale rolled oats
- 2 bananas
- 2 cups Sweethaven frozen mixed berries
- 2 Tbps Stevia sweetener powder
- 2 Tbsp Bramwells mixed blossom honey
- 1 ½ cup Cholessterol milk
Method:
- Place all ingredients in a blender and process until smooth. Keep
chilled before serving.

- 2 egg whites
- 5 Tbsp Stevia Naturals sweetener powder
- 1 tsp vanilla essence
- Pinch of Reeva salt
- 1 ½ cups White Mill fine desiccated coconut
- ½ Cup Sweet Vine sultanas
- 3 Tbsp Bramwells mixed blossom honey
Method:
- Preheat fan forced oven to 180°C.
- Place egg whites, sweetener, vanilla essence and salt in a medium sized
bowl. Using an electric mixer beat egg whites until soft peaks form.
Add in coconut, sultanas and honey. Stir to combine. Drop heaped
tablespoons of the mixture onto a baking tray lined with grease proof
paper and bake for 10 minutes or until nicely browned.
- Allow to cool for 10 - 15 minutes before serving.
