Ingredients:

- 275g ASIA SPECIALITIES Singapore style black pepper stir fry sauce
- 400g beef cut into strips
- 150g sliced mixed vegetables (e.g red / green capsicum and snow peas)
- 2 tbsn Pure Vita vegetable oil

Method:

- Heat oil in wok or large pan
- Add in beef and stir fry for 2 - 3 mins
- Add entire content of ASIA SPECIALITIES Singapore style black pepper
stir fry sauce and stir fry for 3 - 4 mins or until cooked through
- Blanch mixed vegetables with hot water. Drain excess water away, and
stir fry for 1 - 2 mins
- Serve with steamed IMPERIAL GRAIN jasmine rice
