- ingredients
- sauce- 30g butter
- 30g brown sugar
- 40ml apricot juice
- 10 drained apricot halves
- pudding- 50grms raw sugar
- 30grms butter
- 1/4 cup almond meal
- 1/3 cup self raising flour
- pinch cinnamon
- 42ml milk
- 1 egg

- Method
- Place saucepan over medium heat. Place butter, sugar and juice in pan.
Stir for 2 min or until sugar dissolves. Remove from heat. Arrange
apricots in sauce. Pudding- beat butter and sugar until light and
creamy. Add egg beat well. Stir in almond meal, flour, cinnamon and
milk. Spoon pudding mix over peaches. Cover with a lid and return to
low heat. Bake 20 min or until firm to touch. Turn out onto plate.

- Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 Tbsp butter
- 3 chicken tenderloins, cut in cubes
- ½ clove crushed garlic
- 1 Tbsp plain flour
- 1 cup sliced mushrooms- pinch salt
- pinch cracked pepper
- 3 Tbsp thickend cream -
- 1 Tbsp Finely Chopped Parsley

- Method
- Heat oil and butter in pan until completely melted. Add chicken and
garlic and fry until chicken is sealed. Add Mushrooms and continue to
fry, stirring occasionally, for 3 minutes. Add salt, pepper, flour and
cream and stir until sauce has thickened. Add parsley at the last
minute and stir through before serving.

- Ingredients
- 1/2 Chorizo ( cut into round slices)
- ½ garlic clove crushed
- 1 Tbsp Tomato Paste
- 1 Tsp Chilli Flakes
- 2/3 cup Cooked Penne- ¼ Cup pasata
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 2 Tbsp basil Finely Chopped
- 2 Tbsp shredded parmesan cheese

- Method
- Heat pan on medium heat and add chorizo. Fry until browned and the
oils have been released. Add tomato paste and chili flakes. Stir
through pasta, pasata and salt. Simmer on low heat for 3 minutes and at
last minute add Basil and parmesan and stir. Serve
