- Serve with waffles, pancakes or use as a topping with ice cream or
general baking ingredient
Ingredients:
- 100g White Mill Plain Flour
- Pinch of salt
- 1 Lodge Farms egg
- 300ml Farmdale milk
- 15ml (1 tbsp) Beautifully Butterfully melted butter
Method:
- Combine ingredients and beat until a smooth batter.
- Spray pan lightly with spray oil or you can lightly brush with butter
- Pour banner into pan and cook until golden brown on both sides
Makes 8 crepes.
**for an indulgent crepe dessert – pour and spread a small amount of Pure
Canadian Maple Syrup with Blueberry over each crepe – layering as you
do. Once the last crepe is on top – lightly drizzle the syrup over the
top (can be cut into wedges) and serve.
