Cannot remove battery container
Batteries already in but didn't work, tried to remove battery container, found it impossible. Took them back to the store, saw a manager who also found it impossible even tried to force with keys. Refund given.

Can't remove the battery unit
Seems impossible to remove the battery unit and make it work, if following instructions. Will return this malfunctioning mills

waste of money
Bought these in the past. They look good and are cheap but, peppercorns and rock salt come out almost as big as when you put them in which kind of defeats the object!
