It was cheaper than many similar items and came with a 3 year warranty so I figured it can't be too bad. I assembled it as described but was disappointed that it seemed so unstable and kept toppling over with the weight of the cable. However once in use I was quite pleased with the cleaning performance and it made light work of several quite dirty floors. I used an old towel to wipe any excess dampness on the laminate but it wasn't too wet. The dirt was soaked up by the pads and having the spare pad was useful as I needed to change the dirty one. So apart from the stability issue I found this item great for the price.
