On its own or as a mix
I always make my own bread and mix 1/3 wholemeal, 1/3 white and 1/3 grain. After trying the Cotswold 8 grain and Malt, last time Aldi was selling it, I bought 4 of each and am so pleased with the result. Anyone who tries my bread always congratulates me.

So pleased it is in Aldi again tomorrow, so that I can stock up. Just a pity Aldi don't sell it as a regular line.

Perfect bread
I'm a single male who bakes his own bread. This flour makes the perfect Loaf. The eight grain (my favourite) already has vital wheat gluten added, so no need to add to get the perfect "sandwich loaf".
If you bake your own bread go ahead and try it - you'll stock up every time it 'comes available'.

Cotswold Crunch,the finest flour!
I purchased some Cotswold Crunch and the Eight Grain variety when they were on offer in Aldi some months ago. As a regular bread maker,I can honestly say that these flours are the finest you can buy and I have purchased quite a few.
Try it,you won't be disappointed. It is delicious!
