Great jacket, great prive
Bought one of these 2 years ago and it's fantastic. Getting another today (hopefully) so I can wear one wash one.
Gets a bit sweaty, but so does everything else. Detachable sleeves turns it into a wind proof gilet for cooler rides, while with sleeves on its a 4 season jacket.

Windproof but not very breathable
Bought this in last May's cycling specialbuy, it has gained a front pocket for 2015. The jacket was fairly windproof and warm, a bit too warm at times as perspiration was trapped inside. The zip-off sleeves seemed like a good idea, but I think I've only had mine off once or twice. The jacket has been used a fair bit as I cycle daily (commute) and has coped well. Review based on 2014 version.
