A great range of flours
So glad to see this flour back in store. I bought all the different types last time they were available and all made fantastic, great tasting bread. Never a failure!
I used my usual recipe, 500g flour (sometimes put 120g white flour in and made up to 500g with Matthews eight grain or crunch flour to lighten it a bit, but all were superb. My usual ingredients are: 500g Bread Flour; 40 mL Sunflower Oil; 5g Salt; 10g Dried Yeast, and about 260 mls water (this varies with different flours so add 100 mls initially, then the rest in small amounts until the dough is cleaning the bowl. I use my Kitchen Aid to make my bread.

Great tasting loaf
Made a standard loaf with this flour, 500g Cotswold Crunch, 320g Water, 7g Dried Yeast, 20g Oil, 10g Salt and 5g sugar. Bake at 190C for 35-45 min. The flour is strong and the loaf was really flavourful.
