Love these!
I have a set of these and they're brilliant. I will probably treat myself to this set too! They stay sharp for ages and are weighted to be comfortable to use.
Just don't use 'any old' sharpener on them, really it's best to get the Global sharpening stone (from other retailers) as it's designed for them and won't damage them.

Real bargain
Bought these last Christmas. Great knives at a fantastic price. Shame they don't carry a sharpener suitable for such quality knives.
