Connection problems
This seems to be an issue with the app and connection with IOS / Apple devices. Had same issue on 3 IOS devices,it connects via Bluetooth then asks for firmware upgrade when you ok to continue it disconnects Bluetooth and the is no way to get around it doing this. Tested with Android phone connected to Bluetooth asked for update, ran update went into app to synchronise time all worked perfectly. Disconnected from Android phone connected via Bluetooth to IOS phone connected first time, no request to do update, synced time all working as it should. The only other quirk seems that it will only sync/update your activity when you open the app, wife had app open on the phone overnight then went to check sleep no readings, close app open again and all info there.

I bought the smart watch and it is not detecting my samsung galaxy 4, neither is it charging. I will be back to the store tomorrow to return the product

Cant connect and tried 2 top range phones
The app keeps turning on wifi and doesn't connect to watch.
Will be returning watch to aldi

Does not work on Apple iOS 9
Watch connects to IPhone but then Says firmware update needed but won't install on the latest version of apple update. Have sent email to Crane customer service help line but no reply from them so can't even set the time the watch is useless with up to date Apple iPhone & ipads
