Change In Quality or faulty product??
We have been buying the Bockwurst Sausage and Vegetable soup every year its been in the store last year I bought 36 tins and we ran out so yesterday 19 th Nov 2015, I bought 50 tins so we would not run out till next November, imagine our horror when we opened our first tin today it was horrible it was thin had very little Sausage in and the peas seemed not to be cooked through. I cannot understand why this has happened to what was a great product.
I checked the sell by dates and the one today was 2017 on checking all the tins there was 24 with that sell by date and a differnt batch number. The other 36 had a best before date of 2016 and a different batch date. So I intend to try one of them tomorrow and see if they are OK. If they are I will be contacting customer services to see what has gone wrong, it goes without saying if all are faulty I will be doing the same and wanting a full refund.
