No good!!
Tried apples and carrots food would not go into the machine unless extremely small and the amount of juice the machine was able to extract was minimal. I think I may have gotten more juice from the apple whilst cutting it into small pieces than the juicer was able to achieve in 15 minutes of 'juicing'.
Product does not work and I will be returning it to the store I bought it from as not fit for purpose.

Overall very pleased....
I have only had this for one day - have been pleased so far! It worked very well, though occasionally pieces of apple skin or ginger got stuck and it stopped, but an easy matter to dislodge with the plastic brush/tool supplied - unplug first.
Possibly slightly thicker end result than I expected, but excellent nevertheless (for a really fine result one could sieve).
Quite a few pieces to wash up, but easy, once you master putting them back in place! Not dishwasher safe, but I believe it is so much easier than cleaning some of the centrifugal models. The other advantage of the masticating type, is that the motor is smaller and needs less power than the centrifugal models, so doesn't heat up and start to oxidise the fruit, meaning the resultant juice can be stored for up to 3 days in the 'fridge (only around 6 hrs for centrifugal) and hangs on to more of its' enzymes and vitamins.
It is early days, but so far very impressed and comes with
a very generous 3year guarantee. Recommend.

Too Much of small bits in juice.
I tried It and I'm not happy. Juice is not clear at all. There Is so much of little bits in juice which don't allow me to drink it. Quarter of the juice are those bits. I tried Apples and carrots with same result. I presume that the problem is with a strainer.
