Tasting Note:Belton Farm is a multi award winning cheese manufacturer based on the Shropshire/Cheshire border near Whitchurch, who have been producing quality cheese since the 1970s, using milk from 80 farms within a 25-mile radius of the dairy. This Caerphilly is made to a traditional bespoke recipe, and is crumbly yet delicate with a milky and moist flavour. A lovely cheese, wonderful served with a red wine such as Fleurie François Dubessy, Beaujolais, 2018.
