The gauge states MAX 5.0 BAR and this is also stated in the technical spec in the owners manual. Not suitable for road bike tyres which requier 100-120psi. Feels flimsy and not the usual ALDI I've enjoyed with other cycling related goods. Then it started leaking air from the banjo bolt to the cylinder. The banjo bolt was only plastic so on trying to tighten it up it stripped the thread. If what you want is a workshop pump for your bicycle, buy a proper track pump. Poor quality, very un-Aldi like.
