Rated 1 out of 5 by scottyp from Activity Tracker Took my activity tracker back for a refund after 2 days, I am not one for leaving negative views Id rather find the positives in an item and then move on but this Activity connect wristband and this software is just completely useless I will list the issues I had. This review is nothing against Aldi in any way at all, staff were nice on purchase and refund. 1. Difficulty in setting up, could not see the charge status after plugging into usb and when you turn on the display it lasts 2 seconds only, after much reading the booklet and searching around this seemed to be the case wasn't made obvious to me. 2. The FAQ section on the crane connect site only has two questions in the FAQ section at time of this reading, and no support or tutorial videos anywhere. 3. The app its self is not user friendly and poorly designed. 4. Average instructions on the App and online ok in parts not in others 5. On the main casing it came supplied in, there was a link the part of the site that never even worked!! 6. Bluetooth and phone app not the easiest to connect but it did work with me. 7. This was suppose to reset stats daily it did not do this, and there was no way I could see to delete or remove daily data. The bluetooth connection needs to be done via the Crane app which is not explained. Lady said it was customer service but to call back in 10 minutes!
