Great to see these ingredient tubes back on Specialbuy, they are a regular purchase for me. The tubes can be safely stored in the cupboard before opening and then keep for ages in the fridge once opened. All three - garlic, ginger and chilli - are very finely chopped so incorporate beautifully into whatever you are cooking. Easy to use one handed, just flip open the top with a thumb, squeeze the tube and stir it in.
