perfect for the parmesan cheese
I was happy to find in Aldi the Grati'. I literally Hate to great parmesan by hand, I always finish to scrape my fingers!I used to have an older version years ago. But I didn't treat it properly and in the end it got broken. However this new model has better features as it can be opened and have some parts washed. I would advise to take the parmesan cheese out of the plastic paper and wrap it up in a towel and letting "dry" in the fridge for 1-2 days. In this way it will be easier for the grati' to gra the cheese and the cheese itself willl be fluffy and better. In my opinion if one uses a
block of parmesan cheese this is a lovely gadget to have. And it has a great affordable price.
